A vehicle detection application for vision-based Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). It utilizes roadway camera outputs to apply video processing techniques and extracts the desired information, i.e., vehicles' visual features, using Faster R-CNN algorithm. The work was later funded by Guilan Science and Technology Park. The results were published in the paper referenced below:
